Return Policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility

The following items are eligible for return:

• Items in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Items in unworn, unused, and resalable condition
• Items with the original receipt or proof of purchase

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items purchased on sale or clearance
• Gift cards
• Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service via email or phone to obtain a return authorization number (RAN).
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging or similar protective packaging.
3. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by customer service.

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped to the address provided on your original order.

Warranty Policy

We are confident in the quality of our products and offer a comprehensive warranty to protect your purchase.

Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage
